Position Overview

All Saints Church, an Anglican parish within the Gulf Atlantic Diocese of the ACNA, is prayerfully seeking a faithful and spiritually mature Rector to lead our congregation in worship, mission, discipleship, and pastoral care. The Rector will serve as the chief pastor, liturgical leader, and teacher, responsible for fostering spiritual growth, overseeing parish operations, and guiding our church in outreach as it fulfills its gospel mission within the Anglican tradition.

  • A servant-leader who is collaborative, prayerful, and Spirit-led
  • Passionate about church growth, evangelism, and intergenerational ministry
  • Aligned with the parish’s theological tradition including support of women’s ordination
  • Comfortable leading both traditional and contemporary expressions of Anglican worship (as applicable).
